Team Building Beach Cleanups

Beach Cleanups for Groups and Team Building

Are you part of a corporation, business, sports team, club or community group that is looking for a team-building experience that will benefit the local environment?

Friends of the Bay would be happy to host a beach cleanup for your team at one of the beaches within the Oyster Bay/Cold Spring Harbor watershed.

Our beach cleanup experiences start at a suggested $500 donation and include the following:
Full event execution including setup and breakdown
Event permit and insurance
All beach cleanup supplies
A brief talk about marine debris
Photo opportunities

Approximate duration of a cleanup is 1.5 hours.

* We require at least four weeks advance notice for scheduling a beach cleanup.
Our beach cleanups require planning, staff and resources.

90% of our operating budget comes from donations.

We are able to continue offering group beach cleanups because of your donation.

Please complete the following form to inquire about organizing a cleanup for your group.
