The Watershed Action Plan identifies prioritized action items to protect and improve the ecological integrity and productivity of the Oyster Bay/Cold Spring Harbor estuary and surrounding watershed and will be developed following the EPA’s widely accepted watershed approach. The Watershed Action Plan builds on the State of the Watershed Report.
